DRGEM has announced a donation of 20 million KRW to the Korean Red Cross Gyeongbuk Branch to assist residents affected by the recent wildfires that struck the Gyeongbuk region. The donation was made on May 20 at DRGEM’s Gimcheon factory.
The wildfires caused significant damage to local communities, displacing families and disrupting daily life. In response, DRGEM acted quickly to provide support for recovery and relief efforts.
“We are making this donation to comfort those who went through the wildfire,” said J.B. Park, President of DRGEM. “We hope our support, along with help from others across the country, reaches everyone in need.”
This contribution is part of DRGEM’s broader commitment to corporate social responsibility. The company believes in supporting communities not only through innovation in medical imaging but also through meaningful social impact.
The funds will be used by the Korean Red Cross to support emergency relief, aid distribution, and recovery programs in the affected areas.
DRGEM stands in solidarity with the residents of Gyeongbuk and remains committed to helping communities overcome hardships and rebuild stronger.
