From March 10 to 14, DRGEM conducted its 2025 first-half engineer training program at Gimcheon factory, welcoming engineers from partner companies worldwide. This global gathering reaffirmed DRGEM’s commitment to providing top-tier technical training and support.
The program covered a comprehensive range of practical topics, including basic system operations, AEC calibration, TOPAZ product training, and advanced Auto Positioning (AP) System position calibration. It also addressed frequent service issues, equipping participants with the knowledge to handle recurring challenges effectively.
With a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, DRGEM’s service engineers provided step-by-step guidance, ensuring participants actively engaged in real-time exercises. The interactive Q&A sessions allowed engineers to receive immediate feedback, making the training both effective and engaging.
Held twice a year, the DRGEM Engineer Training Program provides an beneficial opportunity for partners to enhance their expertise.
